Welcome to the Realms of Magick Forum

Since 2005 Realms of Magick has provided many users and people on the Internet as one of the top Premier Occult Forums & Website. It has always been great content and our membership that has made this site always the best. We aim to continue this Legacy as we have since 2005. So come explore some of the great topics and mysteries of the world and the great melting pot over the years with all faiths, beliefs and practices allowed to discuss ideas and information in a safe and private forum. Our forum is a private community and we hold our memberships privacy at the highest regard. We are building a serious forum and community for Magick, Occult, Metaphysical and Esoteric studies. We initiated this ambitious project to resolve a noticeable rift between many of those interested in occultism, whether they are just starting or have years of experience and knowledge in these topics. We are here to reinforce the common threads in esoteric lore, and bolster communication between the various specialized fields emerging as modern occult trends. It is, therefore, our mission to provide a sanctuary for like-minded individuals who, as ourselves, enjoy spending their time making new connections, learning, and sharing knowledge. We have organized this site as a members only area for the main board. In so doing, we hope that the environment here will be more inviting, in turn making it easier for members to open up and express themselves without the whole world reading what they write. We aspire to deliver a full spectrum of Occult, Magic, Metaphysics, and much more information on the net.

Come explore the mysteries together

* Tarot Card of the Month

The Six of Wands:
The Victory Card: A victorious man on a horse, carrying a wand with a laurel wreath, is applauded by all. The Six of Wands is all about success, victory and public recognition. Not only have you succeeded in achieving your goals, you are now being publicly acknowledged for your efforts and your results. You may have recently received an award, public acclaim or acknowledgement from your peers for the work that you have done. It may even be just a pat on the back or getting praise or recognition for your work. This instills a high level of confidence within yourself and gives you the strength to continue your efforts.

The Six of Wands is such positive encouragement to believe in who you are and your accomplishments so far. Have faith in what you have personally achieved and how this will be received by others. Do not let fear or guilt stand in the way of your success. You ought to feel proud of what you have achieved and not afraid to hold your head up high and feel worthy of others’ attention. The victor with the adulation, the crowd with a hero to adulate. We’ve all seen this sort of exchange of energy with sports or rock heroes who are “pumped up” by the enthusiasm of the crowd and in turn, put on a performance that energizes their fans. Of course, the star must keep putting on good shows if he expects to hold onto his fans, and the crowd must maintain their level of excitement to get their show. Which is why the card also carries a warning not to become too attached or reliant such shows or on such applause. Heroes can have bad days, and fans can drift away. With the Six of Wands reversed, you may find yourself doubting your abilities and your potential for success. You may feel negatively about yourself and as if you have failed both yourself and others. You are lacking confidence, and need the support and recognition of others to pick you up and give you strength again.

The reversed Six of Wands may suggest that you have had a fall from grace and have not received the public recognition you were seeking. You have either received no feedback for your efforts, or negative feedback. You may have expected things would have worked well but instead you are being punished in some way or you are being neglected for your efforts thus far. Now, your confidence has taken a hit, as has your professional reputation or at least your perception of your reputation. If a particular project has not been as successful as you had hoped, you may be better off moving to a new environment so that you can rebuild your personal reputation and brand, rather than trying to fix something that has already broken.

The Six of Wands also represents a healthy self-esteem. Feeling good about your accomplishments is an important part of success, but too much pride can lead to arrogance and self-inflation. When you see this card, check that you are not feeling superior to others. It is easy to forget that individual achievement is not really individual at all. Our talents begin in the Divine, develop with the love and support of others, and only in the end express through us. How can we indulge in excess pride?
